Our technical support division provides assistance to our customers by telephone, on-site and through the Internet.
Telephone support is provided Monday thru Friday 9:00AM to 5:00PM (excluding Holidays).
On-site support is provided by scheduling an appointment and is billed by our current prevailing hourly rates.
Internet support is provided 24 hours a day by going to our web site www.partecsystem.com and logging a particular problem or question.
