ParTec Systems L.L.C. is located in the greater Mansfield, Ohio area, and has been developing software for small business and government agencies since its inception in 1998.  ParTec was formed by individuals with over 30 years experience in providing software solutions and developing new technologies.  Our vision is to bring high quality yet affordable software applications to small business and state and local government agencies. These applications will enable our clients to increase productivity and provide information to better manage the operations of their organizations.

Our staff is committed to develop, maintain and support new technologies to our customer base through close relationships with our clients and awareness of changes in the their industries. Our programming team is responsible for creating new products, developing custom applications and modifying existing applications to meet each customer’s specific needs.
